Affirmations were such an important part of your recovery. Do you continue to use affirmations? What is currently your favorite?
As a society, we are beginning to be more aware of the healing power of the arts. How were you able to continue using your creativity throughout your breast cancer journey? For instance, how did you motivate yourself to keep writing in your journal, and keep creating collages?
What changes have you made in your lifestyle since recovering from cancer? Have you changed your diet or exercise? How do you approach your spirituality and relationships differently?
